Lester is the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at SecurityScorecard, driving GTM transformation, sales effectiveness and operational excellence. Prior to SecurityScorecard, he was the Global Director for Strategic Planning and Operations for Cloud Networking at Cisco Systems, where he led GTM transformation and operations for the $4B business unit. Lester was also previously with Monitor Group, where he led multinational consulting teams in the areas of TMT, FSI, Public Sector and B2B/SaaS Practice Building. His areas of specialization include international expansion / market creation, organization design, corporate strategy, product and sales strategy, sales / performance optimization, end-to-end revenue operations.
